El Instituto Ourensano de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico ha recibido hoy, durante el acto de clausura de Xantar, el premio al Mejor Stand Restaurante en esta 22\u00aa edici\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n Internacional de Turismo Gastron\u00f3mico. El Espacio de este a\u00f1o fue dise\u00f1ado para promover la imagen de destino tur\u00edstico enogastron\u00f3mico de calidad que refleja a la provincia de Ourense. El men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de una treintena de peque\u00f1as empresas que participan en el proyecto europeo de digitalizaci\u00f3n del sector agroindustrial Red Agriconect 4.0 del que el Inorde es socio. Tambi\u00e9n colaboraron dos de los grandes grupos agroalimentarios de la provincia, el Grupo Cuevas y Coren, que vienen participando en el restaurante del Inorde desde la primera edici\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los productos de esas empresas pod\u00edan verse en el espacio expositivo adyacente.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El chef responsable de la elaboraci\u00f3n del men\u00fa fue Carlos Parra, quien cuenta con una larga trayectoria apostando por la gastronom\u00eda y el turismo de interior. La sala estren\u00f3 la imagen de la nueva marca tur\u00edstica de Ourense, en la que la enogastronom\u00eda es una de las grandes fortalezas y est\u00e1 representada por el color “menc\u00eda”. As\u00ed los platos estaban maridados con vinos de las cuatro denominaciones de origen de la provincia, as\u00ed como el Pan de Cea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La manteler\u00eda de lino fue dise\u00f1ada por el taller artesano de Rir&Co que apuesta por la econom\u00eda circular y la vajilla integraba una pieza de la alfarer\u00eda tradicional de Ni\u00f1odaguia, integrando as\u00ed un conjunto de elementos que denotan la autenticidad propia del territorio de Ourense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
